Ngong Ping 360 is the cable car system that connects Tung Chung MTR station to the Big Buddha plateau on Lantau, 25 minutes and 5.7 km. The standard cabins seat 6–8; the crystal-floor cabins (extra fee) offer transparent floors for the view down. The system runs over the airport, the South China Sea, and across the Lantau hills. Connects to the Big Buddha and Po Lin Monastery; the Ngong Ping village (a small commercial-and-cultural complex) lies at the upper terminus.
