Canton Tower

604m broadcast tower with three observation decks, glass-floor sky-walk, and the 'Bubble Tram' Ferris wheel on top.
Canton Tower, opened 2010 for the Asian Games, is 604m and was briefly the world's tallest tower. The hyperboloid latticework form was designed by Mark Hemel and Barbara Kuit. Three observation decks at 433m, 449m and 488m. The 'Bubble Tram' is a Ferris wheel mounted around the top of the tower. The lower-level Pearl River views back across to the historic Yuexiu district are the most-photographed images of the city.
