Every fix accepted after a reader submission, dated and public. If we get something wrong, we say so — right here — and we say it plainly.
Every reader-submitted correction is triaged by the editorial team. Accepted ones appear below. Rejected ones don't (usually because they were factually mistaken or already addressed in a later verification pass).
