Visiting and hours

The UAE Embassy in Beijing provides consular services for UAE nationals in mainland China. Services include passport renewal, document attestation and legalisation, notarial acts, and general consular assistance. The UAE's Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MOFA) digital platform can be used to initiate some services online before attending in person.

The Sanlitun diplomatic area location is well-placed. Appointments are required; details on the Embassy website. Emergency contact for UAE nationals in distress is available through the duty officer line. The UAE also maintains a Consulate General in Shanghai.
